Brief Profile
Ir. Dr. Noor Zaihah bt Jamal has completed her PhD in electrical power system from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. Currently she is working as Senior Vocational Training Officer at the Fakulti Teknologi Kejuruteraan Elektrik & Elektronik. Her major research area are overcurrent relay coordination and power system protection. She has published 2 journal papers and 5 conference papers including book chapters. Before joining the education field, she has been working with the O&G consultant company named MECIP Global Engineers Sdn Bhd in Kerteh, Malaysia for five 5 years. She positioned as a project engineer cum electrical & instrumentation engineer. The major clients are from Petronas, Shell, Sclumberger, Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), Optimal Malaysia and etc. She has experienced in designing the 11kV electrical facilities for TATi Universiti College and Universiti Sultan Zainal Abiddin (UnisZA).
